Biology Seminar: Marty Martin To Present 'Organismal Antifragility'

Presidential Management Fellowship
Tuesday, Sep. 3, 2024 at 6 p.m.
Find out how graduate students from all disciplines can serve as Presidential Management Fellowship Fellows and work in roles within the federal government. The fellowship includes a full-time salary with benefits, mentoring, training and possible permanent placement. Students who have graduated within the past two years or who will graduate with an advanced degree by Aug. 31, 2025 are eligible. Campus Safety Tabling Event
Wednesday, Sep. 4, 2024 from noon to 2 p.m.
VCU Emergency Management, VCU Safety and Risk Management, Community Policing, RecWell, Safety Ambassadors and Rams in Recovery will conduct a tabling event on the lawn side of the Compass. Each department will showcase tools used to enhance safety across campus and provide opportunities to sign up for training offered to VCU students staff.

Teen Health Brain Imaging Study
The VCU REPEAT Lab is recruiting parents with and without a history of an eating disorder and their teenage daughters (12-16 years) for a brain imaging study. The goal of the study is to understand how parent eating habits are related to eating habits and brain responding in their children. Parents and teens will be compensated for participating.
