Embarking on a fitness journey can feel a bit overwhelming, but RecWell’s nationally accredited personal trainers are ready to make that first step exciting and achievable. Learn about the equipment available at the Cary Street Gym fitness center, 101 S. Linden St., and how RecWell members work with trainers to develop programs that help them reach their fitness goals. RecWell’s Ram Power Challenge

RecWell invites students and RecWell members to test their strength in the Fall 2024 Ram Power Challenge. Certified personal trainers will provide guidance on mastering the fundamentals of the squat, bench press and deadlift.
