Financial Wellness With VACU: Finding Balance Between Budgeting and Saving

How does budgeting fit into your monthly spending plan? Finding the balance between your budget and savings can help give you control over spending while preparing your finances for the unexpected. The ability to create and edit Google Sites is no longer available. The Google Sites service will be fully decommissioned as of December 2024. University-related sites and course-related sites should be moved or created in the appropriate university systems. Personal sites should be created on non-university hosted platforms.

RecWell’s lifeguard instructor course is for those interested in planning and teaching American Red Cross lifeguard courses. Lifeguard instructors can also bridge to other disciplines within the American Red Cross program, including CPR/AED for professional rescuers, basic CPR/AED, first aid and basic life support. RecWell Private and Semi-Private Swim Lessons
Private and semi-private swimming lessons are available to VCU students and RecWell members ages 2 and older. RecWell’s water safety instructors work with clients to create tailored, individual plans that allow time to focus on specific skills. Richmond Refugee Health Partners Volunteering Opportunity
Richmond Refugee Health Partners is offering a volunteering opportunity organized by Students Together Assisting Refugees and the International Rescue Committee of Richmond. Participants Are Invited for a Study Examining the Effects of E-cigarettes on Cardiovascular Health
Do you vape? We are seeking participants between 18 to 29 years old who regularly vape to participate in a study investigating the effects of e-cigarettes on cardiovascular health. We are also seeking non-users. Compensation is included.
