A large tower crane will be delivered as part of the construction of the CoStar Center for Arts and Innovation starting at 7 a.m. today, Friday. No additional streets will be closed but flaggers will be present to help direct traffic and the crane vehicles. As a result, there may be some congestion around the site at Broad and Belvidere streets. The crane delivery should be completed by the end of the day today, Friday, but may spill over to Monday, Oct. 7 or Tuesday, Oct. 8.

Richmond Refugee Health Partners is offering a volunteering opportunity organized by Students Together Assisting Refugees and the International Rescue Committee of Richmond.
