Fall 2024 Final Grades Due at Noon on Thursday, Dec. 19
Grade sheets are now available on faculty eServices. Grades are due by noon on Thursday, Dec. 19, at which time grade entry will no longer be available. It is imperative to meet this deadline to complete all end of the semester processes prior to the winter closure. Faculty may choose to use the feature to upload grades from an Excel file into eServices or use the Canvas grade passback to push grades into Banner. Faculty may only access grade sheets for courses to which they have been assigned.

VCU Band: Come Play With Us
Registration is now open for The University Band (APPM 357). University Band is open to all VCU students. The theme for the spring semester is "Music of the Stage and Screen," which will feature music from Broadway musicals, movie scores, video games and more. University Band meets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3-3:50 p.m. The band performs one concert per semester.

Update Contact Information With Mission Square Before VRS Transition to Voya
Log into your Defined Contribution Plans account before the blackout period starts at 4 p.m. Friday, Dec. 20 and confirm or update your contact information (phone, email, beneficiaries) with Mission Square. If no email or phone number is on file, you will have to wait for a PIN code by mail to log in at Voya Financial. While logged in, be sure to download any historical documents you will need from Account Access. Historical documents will only be available until June 30, 25.
