Child Development Center Virtual Open House Immediate Child Care Openings

37th Annual Holiday Gala to Benefit the Doorways
Friday, Dec. 6, 2024 at 7 p.m.
The VCU Department of Music will have its 37th annual Holiday Gala at the W.E. Singleton Center for the Performing Arts, 922 Park Ave. The program of holiday music will feature VCU's Jazz Orchestra, the Symphonic Wind Ensemble, the Commonwealth Singers and other VCU ensembles. Tickets are $12 for adults and $5 for children ages 12 and under. Tickets can be purchased in advance at the following URL.

Volunteer for Hydrate RPS
Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2025 from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Are you interested in research and want to participate in school-based research through VCU? Your help is needed. Hydrate RPS is a three-year, National Institutes of Health-funded research study to increase water access and intake in Richmond Public Schools elementaries. Volunteers are needed to help kick off the study at the schools. This event will take place at Henry Marsh Elementary School, 813 N. 28th St. Sign up at the following URL.

Participants Are Invited for a Study Examining the Effects of E-Cigarettes on Cardiovascular Health
Do you vape? We are seeking participants between 18 to 29 years old who regularly vape to participate in a study investigating the effects of e-cigarettes on cardiovascular health. We are also seeking non-users. Compensation is included.
