Mail Services Winter Closing and Holiday Schedule

Mail facilities will be open Dec. 23, 27 and 30 from 10 a.m.-noon on MPC, 8 a.m.-noon on MCV campus and 8 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Ownby location. Mail services will be closed Dec. 24, 25, 26, 31 and Jan. 1 All incoming mail will be sorted and posted to the mailboxes daily. Departments receiving pickup and delivery services must contact VCU Mail Services in writing or by email to request assistance during the winter closing. Otherwise, mail deliveries will resume on Jan. 2, 2025.

Cashiers Office Closing Early

The VCU Cashiers Office at 1015 Floyd Ave., Grace Harris Hall, will close early at noon on Friday, Dec. 20 for Winter Break. All transactions should be delivered no later than 11:30 a.m. to ensure proper and timely processing.

Abstract Submissions for Women's Heart Health Symposium

Abstract submissions are being accepted for the 10th Annual Heart Health in Women Symposium. All career levels are eligible, including basic, translational, clinical, epidemiological or implementation science impacting women’s cardiovascular health. The best trainee abstract will receive a monetary travel award. The registration fee will be waived for abstract presenters. Submit abstracts by 12:59 p.m. Monday, Dec. 30 at the following URL.
