In preparation for implementation of the new IRB system (VIRBs), the Human Research Protections Program/Institutional Review Board (HRPP/IRB) will hold the first VIRBs open lab for the research community. These open labs will include VIRBs real-time practice and Q&A sessions. Several open lab sessions will be held for the research community in July and August. A complete open labs schedule has been posted on the New IRB Review System: VIRBs (VCU IRB System) webpage. Registration is not required to attend open labs. Open labs will occur in real time. This study is inviting individuals between the ages of 20 and 24 with poor sleep quality. The purpose of this research study is to examine the effect of aerobic and resistance exercise on cardiovascular responses and vascular inflammation. Black women ages 18-35 are invited to share their experiences or lack of experience with resistance exercise (e.g., lifting weights, resistance bands, body weight exercises) along with their desired features of a mobile app aimed to help guide and track their exercise regimens.
