Spring Break Study Abroad Mini-Fair

RecWell Small Group Training: Weights of Wellness Session 3

VCU Women in Science is sponsoring a donation drive benefiting Ram Pantry until Friday, Nov. 21. Nonperishable donations can be placed in designated bins located across the MCV campus in Sanger Hall (by both sets of elevators), 1101 E. Marshall St.; Hermes A. Kontos Medical Sciences Building, 1217 E. Marshall St.; Molecular Medicine Research Building, 1220 E. A Health App for Young Black Women: Tell Me, What Would You Want?
Black women ages 18-35 who have no experience with resistance exercise (e.g., lifting weights, resistance bands, body weight exercises) are invited to share their perspectives about resistance exercise and their desired features of a mobile app aimed to help guide and track their exercise regimens.
