Hub Club To Present Program on Mental Health and Skin Care Featuring the Massey Cancer Center

Participants will share stories and support about mental health while designing and decorating a mask, reflecting their mental health journey. Hourly Research Assistant Position
The Research in Athletes and Military Health Sciences (RAMHS) is seeking an hourly research assistant to assist with a new musculoskeletal injury research project. This individual will assist with research operations, including study organization and scheduling, data collection and timely project completion. Applicants will need to dedicate approximately 10 hours per week to this position for about 48 weeks (Anticipated start date: late fall 2025). Investigation Now: Youth Art Program is Open for Registration
VCU's Department of Art Education presents Investigation Now, an eight-week program encompassing a range of contemporary art concepts and artmaking techniques for children 13-16 years old. Fall and Spring sessions will function as a two-part series following a cohesive theme. Throughout these sessions, students are encouraged to consider how and why artists make work and to relate those ideas to their artistic processes. The registration fee for all eight weeks is $180. Food and materials will be provided. The program takes place on Fridays from 5-8 p.m.; programming will be broken up into two sections beginning in late Fall and picking back up after Winter holidays. History and Health: Rural Health Series
The VCU Office of Health Initiatives and the Humanities Research Center announce a new History and Health series - Rural Health. The eight online learning modules examine the challenges to providing health care in rural communities in the United States and the related upstream drivers of health. An Exercise App for Young Black Women: Tell Me, What Would You Want?
Black women ages 18-35 who have no experience with resistance exercise (e.g., lifting weights, resistance bands, body weight exercises) are invited to share their perspectives about resistance exercise and their desired features of a mobile app aimed to help guide and track their exercise regimens.
