VCU Globe: Accepting Applications for Faculty Fellows

VCU Globe accepts applications for the Faculty Fellows program. Applications from faculty in a wide variety of academic disciplines are encouraged. Eligible applicants hold full-time appointments in their disciplines, work as adjunct faculty at VCU or represent a Richmond-area community partner. Fellows teach an upper-level 3-credit seminar/elective course to VCU Globe students. The application deadline is Friday, Jan. 20.

Spring 2017 Cultural Competency and Language Classes for VCU and VCU Health Employees and Family Members

The Office of Continuing and Professional Education holds cultural competency and language classes for VCU and VCU Health employees and family members for one academic credit, beginning the week of Jan. 23, (days and times vary) through early May. Introduction to Conversational Spanish I, Medical Spanish, Intermediate German I and Intermediate Italian II are available. Tuition waivers or education assistance may be used by those who qualify. If interested, contact HR for eligibility.
