Work/Life Resources and CommonHealth presents "Focus on Fiber" for attendees to learn about the different kinds of fiber and how much is needed in our diet. Participants will learn to sort myth from fact and explore the many health perks of fiber. Guest Speaker on Translational Science

Give Kids A Smile Day at VCU

VCU Dental Care's Pediatric Practice offers free services in the Wood Memorial Building, Suite 315, to children ages zero to 18 in need of dental care who do not have dental insurance on "Give Kids a Smile Day." New Postal Service Mailing and Shipping Prices
VCU Mail Services reminds the VCU community that new U.S. Postal Service mailing and shipping services prices will take effect on Sunday, Jan. 22. This is the first price increase in three years for First Class Forever Stamps. Stamp prices have stayed consistent with the average annual rate of inflation since the Postal Service formed in 1971. All new prices are posted on the Postal Explorer website, http://pe.usps.com

MCV Alumni House: Open House Dates
VCU Conference and Scheduling Services announces that the MCV Alumni House is open on Virtual EMS for booking events at go.vcu.edu/ems and invites the VCU community to an open house on Monday, Jan. 23, from 2-4 p.m. at the MCV Alumni House.
