The Activities Programming Board hosts a battle between the sexes in the University Student Commons, Commons Underground. Attendees will participate in a game of tug-of-war and other games that challenge gender roles and engage in a discussion about why these stereotypes exist. Buffalo Wild Wings will be provided.

In partnership with the International Rescue Committee in Charlottesville and Richmond, VCU hosts an exclusive pre-screening of the HBO documentary, "Cries from Syria," in the Harris Hall Auditorium. This film focuses on child protesters, revolution icons, activists and high-ranking Army generals who defected to join the fight of the people. It tells the story of the Syrian people who have never lost hope. Participants will also hear from a Syrian family who has resettled in Richmond.

Muévelo, Latin dance at VCU, hosts its "Learn to Dance Salsa" workshop in West Grace Street Student Housing-North, Room 1030J. Participants will learn some new moves while having fun. No experience is required.
