VCU Community Health Education Center: Mindfulness Meditation Sessions

The sessions will be led by Georgianne Ginder, MSc, CHWC, VCU Department of Arts in Healthcare. Participants can relax and reduce stress with this healthy practice. Space is limited. Registration for Spring Intramurals at VCU Rec Sports

VCU Rec Sports opens registration for spring intramurals until Thursday, March 16. There will be a 4V4 flag football tournament, 4V4 soccer tournament and a 4V4 volleyball tournament on the MCV Campus. For a full schedule and details on registration, visit the website below.
