VCUDine: Cinco de Mayo
11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
VCUDine offers an authentic, Cinco de Mayo-themed lunch in Shafer Court Dining Center's Market 810. Attendees can dig into a plate full of chocolate mole chicken drumsticks, Mexican rice, pork quesadillas or Tijuana tacos, and load up on toppings at Stir Crazy's nacho bar, or treat yourself to the upper-cut of the day: Carne Asada served with fajita vegetables, Mexican rice and guacamole. Top-off the meal with cinnamon-sugar churros or slice of Mexican chocolate spiced cake for dessert.
