Attendees can dig into a plate full of chocolate mole chicken drumsticks, Mexican rice, pork quesadillas or Tijuana tacos, and load up on toppings at Stir Crazy's nacho bar, or treat yourself to the upper-cut of the day: Carne Asada served with fajita vegetables, Mexican rice and guacamole. This class will re-certify participants in American Red Cross lifeguarding, CPR, AED, first aid and oxygen for two years. The course costs $50 for students, $75 for members and $125 for non-members.
