Cabell Library Opens Late Tuesday, May 16
Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at 9:30 a.m.
Due to a scheduled power shutdown and generator test, Cabell Library will open at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 16, instead of the usual 7:30 a.m. VCU Libraries apologizes for any inconvenience.

Campus Connector Summer Service
Beginning on Sunday, May 14, the Campus Connector operates on a reduced schedule for the summer, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday-Friday. There will be no weekend or Express service. All other routes will remain the same. Passengers may experience slightly longer headways. To track the status of RamRide in real time, visit vcu.transloc.com or select RAMRIDE on the VCU mobile app.

Final Grading for Spring 2017
Grading for spring 2017 has begun. Grade sheets are available on faculty eServices. Grades are due by noon on Tuesday May 16; at which time grading will be turned off. Faculty may only access grade sheets for courses to which they have been assigned in the Class Schedule. If you do not see one of your grade sheets, contact your department's course scheduling representative.
Deadline Approaching: Open Enrollment for Faculty and Staff Health Coverage and Flexible Spending Ends Monday, May 15
Eligible university faculty and classified staff may make open enrollment elections for state health coverage and flexible spending until Monday, May 15. Election forms must be received by Human Resources no later than 5 p.m. on Monday, May 15. VCU cannot grant extensions to this state deadline. This year’s open enrollment uses paper election forms only; online elections are not available. For instructions and information, visit www.hr.vcu.edu/open-enrollment

Academic Integrity Climate Survey: Last Chance to Participate
Student Conduct and Academic Integrity reminds members of the university community to participate in a short, anonymous academic integrity climate survey. The survey will available through Friday, May 12. Upon completion, respondents will have an opportunity to enter to win one of six $50 Barnes & Noble gift cards. Commencement Weekend on the Cabell Screen
All day on Friday, May 12, to Sunday, May 14, the Cabell Library Screen will be showcasing student work from the 2016-17 academic year. Look up to see scenes from fashion shows, kinetic work, photographs, graphic arts pieces and selections from the School of the Arts' undergraduate shows.

Faculty/Staff Summer Golf League
VCU Recreational Sports offers the Faculty/Staff Summer Golf League. The 10-week league will be held at The Crossings Golf Club, 800 Virginia Center Parkway, Glen Allen, 23059, on Tuesday evenings at 5 p.m. beginning on Tuesday, May 23. The league registration fee is $50 and the daily golf fee is $22 walking or $28 riding. To register, visit the Recreational Sports "MyRecSports" portal.
