VCU Rec Sports offers multiple sessions of "Functional Fitness Training" this fall. "Functional Fitness Training" gives participants the opportunity to work with a Certified Personal Trainer in groups of four to eight people at an affordable cost. Trainers use the Synrgy 360 to design challenging workouts while emphasizing proper form and effective exercise progressions so participants get the most out of their experience.
