VCU Police: #StayWithTheHerd Meet-up

Before classes begin, students can meet with officers who can answer all safety questions on the Compass from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and again from 5-6 p.m. There will be free giveaways, food and chances to win prizes. New MCV Campus Parking Office Hours

Beginning on Monday, Aug. 28, the MCV Campus parking office, located at 659 N. Eighth St., will be open from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. The customer service call center will continue to provide service from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.

Cabell Library Bus Stop Closures: Aug. 24-27

Due to multiple events impacting nearby traffic and street accessibility this week, the Cabell Library bus stop will be closed beginning at noon on Thursday, Aug. 24, through Sunday, Aug. 27. There will be no Express service on Thursday, Aug. 24, or Friday, Aug. 25. The Cabell bus stop is expected to reopen at 6:30 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 28; however, should accessibility improve, service may be provided sooner. Connector passengers should proceed to the Laurel and Main Street stop for service.

Illegal downloading using the VCU Network — including the wireless network — is not only against VCU policy, but is also unlawful. Large media companies such as FOX, Universal, Paramount and HBO monitor this illegal activity. Users should pay for their content to avoid conduct and legal issues. VCU Rec Sports Online Court Reservations

VCU Rec Sports members can reserve tennis and racquetball court space in advance by using the MyRecSports portal at portal.recsports.vcu.edu. Reservations can be made up to 48 hours in advance. You must be an active member to make reservations.
