Great Place: HR Redesign FAQ: Can you get more than a 10% increase in a year?
There are no caps on salary increases in the new compensation policy. It allows more flexibility for managers to work within the posted market ranges. In addition to merit and promotion increases, we anticipate the use of smaller (3-5%), more frequent salary increases as employees move through their career paths.
