On Tuesday, Oct, 3, at 9 p.m., VCU Telecommunications will migrate Avaya Voicemail users to a new voicemail platform provided by AVST. Faculty and staff should watch for emails from voicemail@vcu.edu with directions for setting up their new mailbox. Setup takes three minutes and is only four steps. Old mailboxes will be removed on Friday, Oct. 20.
