The Black Graduate Student Association at VCU holds a "Service Saturday" event and offers a volunteer opportunity for the VCU community with the Evergreen and East End Cemetery restoration projects. Evergreen (Evergreen Road, Richmond, 23223) and East End (50 Evergreen Road, Richmond, 23223) cemeteries are the resting place for the nation's most prominent African-American leaders of the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
