VCU Small Jazz Ensembles in Concert

VCU Small Jazz Ensembles perform in the W.E. Singleton Center for the Performing Arts, Sonia Vlahcevic Concert Hall. There will be six combos and music by Duke Ellington, Dizzy Gillespie, E.Y. Harburg, Lorenz Hart, Joe Henderson, Smokey Johnson, Johnny Mercer, Thelonious Monk, Oliver Nelson, Richard Rodgers, Wayne Shorter, Horace Silver and Stevie Wonder. Admission is free.
Her Campus at VCU Helps the Homeless
Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2017 from noon to 3 p.m.
Her Campus at VCU invites the VCU community to help the homeless over the holidays by donating gently used clothes, non-perishable food items and toiletries for men, women and children at the University Student Commons Concession Stand from noon to 3 p.m.
Good Clear Sound Open Mic
Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2017 at 6:30 p.m.
Good Clear Sound, VCU's international slam poetry team, holds an open mic at The Depot. The event is free and open to the public. It allows participants to display talents such as singing, poetry, dancing and comedy.
VCU Dance presents 'The Salon': Feedback Appreciated
Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2017 at 7 p.m.
VCU Dance presents "The Salon" in the VCU Dance Depot Annex Studio, behind 814 W. Broad St. This event is free and open to the public. The informal dance showing includes new and in-progress student works in dance, including film and live-performance. Audience feedback on the work will be facilitated by visiting iCubed scholar MK Abadoo in the spirit of MacArthur "Genius" Liz Lerman's Critical Response process.

Spring 2018 Student Parking Sales
VCU Parking and Transportation announces spring 2018 parking sales for all housing permits and MCV Campus commuter permits will begin on Wednesday, Nov. 29, at 7 a.m. Monroe Park Campus commuter permits will go on sale at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 6. Students may access the parking portal by visiting the website below and clicking on the yellow "Manage my Account" button, located in the top right-hand corner. All student parking permits are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

VCU Recreational Sports Massage Services
VCU Recreational Sports offers a new massage therapy program. Massage Services will provide a variety of massages based off of the therapists' specialties. Student organizations and departments can request mobile chair massages for a fee.
