New RamSafe App

The RamSafe user application was recently changed. Users can now download the new app through any Android or iOS app store. Requests will continue to be accepted through VCU Mobile, ramsafe.vcu.edu and 828-SAFE. Users will receive notifications through the app and/or on their mobile device when their assigned driver is one block away and when they arrive. RamSafe Cross-Campus Hours Updated

Effective Monday, Jan. 15, RamSafe will service fall and spring semester cross-campus requests Monday through Friday, from midnight to 6 a.m., with calls accepted until 5:45 a.m. On Saturday and Sunday, cross-campus requests will be serviced from midnight to 7:30 a.m., with calls accepted until 7:15 a.m. During the summer semester, cross-campus requests will be serviced Monday through Friday, from 7 p.m. to 6:45 a.m., with calls accepted until 6:30 a.m., and from 5 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with calls taken until 7:15 a.m.

VCU Recreational Sports: ACE Group Exercise Instructor Prep Course

VCU Recreational Sports is offering an ACE Group Exercise Instructor Course to prepare individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to lead group exercise classes. This course is free for all students and is instructed by a Certified Group Exercise Instructor. Interest meetings will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 24, and Tuesday, Jan. 30, from 7-8:00 p.m. in the Cary Street Gym Wet Classroom. Registration is open until Friday, Feb. 2.

VCU LEAD is a distinguished leadership-focused living-learning program in the Grace and Broad Residence Center for undergraduate students of sophomore status or above.
