VCU Massey Cancer Center's Bone Marrow Transplant Program is partnering with Be The Match to host a marrow donor drive at the India Association of Virginia (IAVA) Mother's Day Picnic event at Deep Run Park, Shelter #5, 9900 Ridgefield Parkway, Richmond, VA 23233. All it takes is a simple mouth swab to join the marrow donor registry and possibly save a life. Participants are welcome to join the picnic event for an afternoon of fun and friendship.

VCU Recreational Sports Rice Rivers Nature Camp offers a day camp for children ages 9 -12. There will be a variety of activities each day, including stream science, canoeing along the James River and the recently restored Kimages Creek. A shuttle from VCU campus will be available if needed. Choose between three sessions: June 25 - 29, July 16 - 20 or July 30 - August 3.
