Open enrollment for health coverage and flexible spending runs May 1 through May 15

Open enrollment for 2018-2019 Commonwealth of Virginia employee health coverage and flexible spending accounts runs May 1 through May 15, 2018. Only paper enrollment forms can be accepted and must be received by VCU Human Resources no later than the close of business Tuesday, May 15. Elections take effect July 1, 2018 for the plan year that runs July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

Final grading for Spring 2018

Grading for Spring 2018 has begun. Grade sheets are available on faculty eServices. Grades are due by noon on Tuesday May 15, at which time grading will be turned off. Faculty may only access grade sheets for courses to which they have been assigned in the Class Schedule. If you do not see one of your grade sheets, contact your department's course scheduling representative.

VCU Recreational Sports Fitness Personal Training

VCU Rec Sports Fitness offers 1-on-1 training sessions and partner training sessions in 3, 6, 12 and 18 session packages. You will be guided through an exercise program customized to meet your needs and specific goals. Lose weight, build muscle, learn how to exercise on your own, break a plateau, improve flexibility or all of the above with trainers. A 90-minute Basic Fitness Assessment and Consultation is also available.

VCU Recreational Sports Outdoor Adventure Program Rice Center Nature Camp

VCU Recreational Sports Rice Rivers Nature Camp offers a day camp for children ages 9 -12. There will be a variety of activities each day, including stream science, canoeing along the James River and the recently restored Kimages Creek. A shuttle from VCU campus will be available if needed. Choose between three sessions: June 25 - 29, July 16 - 20 or July 30 - August 3.
