VCU Recreational Sports Outdoor Adventure Program 'Learn How to Fix a Flat'

VCU Recreational Sports Outdoor Adventure Program will hold "Learn How to Fix a Flat" on April 2, 10, 17 and 23, 6-7 p.m., in the Outing Rental Center, behind the Youth Tennis Courts on Linden Street. Learn how to fix and how you can prevent flat tires. Bring your own bike or use one of ours. If you require a flat fixed on your bike, we do not sell bicycle inner tubes, please bring your own. This clinic is free to VCU students, faculty and staff. Register through the MyRecSports portal.

Participants Are Invited For Study Examining Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Exercise

This study is seeking individuals between the ages of 18 and 35 years who have PTSD or symptoms of PTSD. The purpose of this research study is to examine the effect of PTSD symptoms on blood vessel function at rest and during exercise. Participants will be compensated for their time. This study will be conducted at 500 Academic Centre on VCU’s Monroe Park Campus. Principal Investigator: Ryan Garten, Ph.D., Department of Kinesiology and Health Sciences.
