Increased VCU Police Patrols during Finals

To accommodate late-night study sessions during finals, VCU Police will have enhanced security & police patrols at night on both campuses. These will continue through May 12. Call the VCU Police Department at the number below or use the LiveSafe app 24/7 for assistance. Police encourage students, faculty and staff to report any suspicious activity to police immediately. Good luck on exams.

Student parking hours extended during exams

This semester, Parking and Transportation is extending the Monroe Park Campus reciprocal parking hours for all student commuter, housing and evening parking permits to assist students with exam preparation from April 30 to May 11. During this time, all student parking subscribers will be able to park in the West Main Street Deck, located at 801 W. Main Street, during new, designated days and times. VCU Recreational Sports Aquatics Lifeguard Certifications

VCU Recreational Sports Aquatics offers American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification & Recertification courses at the Cary Street Gym Aquatic Center. The American Red Cross Lifeguard Recertification course is only open to those with a current American Red Cross Lifeguard, First Aid, CPR/AED certification. Lifeguard Certification registration ends on May 11 (for the May 14-18 class) and June 24 (for the June 25-29 class). Lifeguard Re-certification registration ends on May 17 (for the May 18-20 class).

'Food For Fines' waives libraries fines, helps RamPantry

VCU Libraries' food drive is helping to stock RamPantry at VCU. In addition, your generosity has an added benefit if you owe fines or certain fees for library materials. For each food item you donate, VCU Libraries will waive $5 in fines up to a $30 maximum. To qualify: Materials must be returned.
