Great Place: HR Redesign enrollment period ends tomorrow

Tomorrow marks the end of the enrollment period for the Great Place: HR Redesign. There has been a high level of interest in the new HR Plan and this is an exciting time for the employees who decided it was the right move for their career. On July 1, more than 1,800 employees will be University and Academic Professionals, VCU’s new employee group.

VCU is required to provide an enrollment option for the new HR plan at least every two years. The next enrollment period is currently planned for January 2020. While all vacant staff positions are now posted as University and Academic Professionals, VCU Classified employees offered a new position at VCU in the future will always have the option to remain Classified.
