4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Dining plan holders may swipe at Chili’s for a variety of menu entrees. For one swipe, guests can choose from boneless wings, chicken pasta alfredo or the Oldtimer burger. For two swipes, get the smokehouse combo, which includes ribs, sausage, roasted street corn and more. Only available for take-out orders; orders must be placed in-person. TUTTO BIANCO: A Transdisciplinary Project and Group Exhibition
Friday, May 11, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
VCUarts students investigate how the color white has been used in many disciplines and find inspiration to create their own work during an event at Page Bond Gallery, 1625 W. Main St. Garments, paintings, enamel/metal and material designs will be on display in a group exhibition. Opening reception Friday May 11 at 5 p.m.; show runs until May 12.
Save a Life, Be the Match

VCU Massey Cancer Center's Bone Marrow Transplant Program is partnering with Be The Match to host a marrow donor drive at the India Association of Virginia (IAVA) Mother's Day Picnic event at Deep Run Park, Shelter #5, 9900 Ridgefield Parkway, Richmond, VA 23233. All it takes is a simple mouth swab to join the marrow donor registry and possibly save a life. Participants are welcome to join the picnic event for an afternoon of fun and friendship.

The VCU community, patients and family members are invited to the Wright Center for Clinical and Translational Research's Discovery Dialogues seminar in the center's Conference Room, 1200 E. Clay St. "Binge Drinking in Adolescence:Discovering Its Effect on the Development of Young Brains", will be presented by Dr. Jennifer Wolstenholme, assistant professor of Pharmacology and Toxicology. Light refreshments will be served.

'Food For Fines' waives libraries fines, helps RamPantry
VCU Libraries' food drive is helping to stock RamPantry at VCU. In addition, your generosity has an added benefit if you owe fines or certain fees for library materials. For each food item you donate, VCU Libraries will waive $5 in fines up to a $30 maximum. To qualify: Materials must be returned.

Global Education Office seeking homestay hosts
The Global Education Office is seeking homestay hosts June 6-9 as the office hosts a delegation through the State Department’s Open World StrategEast Young Leadership Program. Participants are English-speaking delegates here to learn about U.S. systems of governance. We are in need of homestay hosts for three nights, with responsibilities to include provision of a private bedroom/bathroom, breakfast daily and two dinners. Transportation will be provided.
