Applications for 2018-2019 Graduate School Mentorship Program

VCU’s Graduate School is accepting applications for the 2018-2019 Graduate School Mentorship Program, which matches undergraduate and graduate students based on areas of academic discipline and/or interest. Graduate students in good academic standing must be at least second-year. Undergraduate students going into their sophomore, junior or senior years who maintain a GPA of 3.0 will be given preference. Applications, which will be accepted on a rolling basis, should be submitted to the following URL.

VCU Recreational Sports Outdoor Adventure Program Upcoming Trips

VCU's Recreational Sports Outdoor Adventure Program has scheduled a 100-mile bike ride and and a rock climbing weekend for July. Trip leaders will head up the July 28 and 29 Century Challenge 100-mile Bike Ride Weekend along the Capital Trail between Richmond and Jamestown. The Wild and Wonderful Rock Climbing Weekend is set for July 21 and 22 in West Virginia. Register at the following URL or at the Outdoor Rental Center, 130 S. Linden St.

VCU's Global Education Office is seeking volunteers to host in their homes for dinner two to four international students on either Tuesday, July 31, or Thursday, Aug. 2. These students are visiting from China and Latin America and are enrolled in VCU's English & Culture Plus program. Transportation is required.
