Researchers in VCU's Department of Health Behavior Policy are seeking to learn more about the relationship between anxiety, health and mood. Participants may show any intensity of anxiety from nonsevere to severe. Potential participants in this research study must be between the ages of 18 and 35 and able to safely participate in physical activity, but not currently participating in an exercise program.
