Real Life Film Series Premieres With Dinner Screening Linked to VCU Common Book

First up: "Clínica de Migrantes" with speaker Mark Ryan, M.D., a VCUH family physician who has a large Latinx practice.

Mindful Mondays at The Well
Twenty-minute mindfulness sessions are held at noon on Mondays at the Wellness Resource Center, 815 S. Cathedral Place. All are welcome, but space is limited. A different mindfulness strategy is practiced each week to help manage stress.

South Asian Women Sought for Research Study
Researchers in VCU’s Department of Psychology are interested in learning more about body image and wellness in South Asian women over the age of 18. Participation includes a 90-minute focus group and the completion of a demographic survey. Compensation is available. Participants eligible for SONA may qualify for research credits.
