As part of VCU's Martin Luther King Celebration Week, U.S. Rep. A. Donald McEachin, D-4th, will discuss fair housing as a right, specifically as it relates to urban communities such as Richmond, at 1 p.m. Jan. 25, at VCU's Institute for Contemporary Art at the Markel Center, 601 W.
