VCU employees who have given their eConsent may view and print their 2018 W-2 statements online. Log on to eServices/VCU Self Service at http://my.vcu.edu. Click the "Employee" tab, followed by "Tax Forms, Electronic W-2 Earnings Statement." Employees who receive a paper mailing can still sign up to view and print their W-2 statement online. Consent remains in effect until revoked by the employee.

Committees Formed Related to East Marshall Street Well Project

The East Marshall Street Well Planning Committee implemented a community process that encouraged learning about the human remains discovered near East Marshall Street and sought community input in the formation of the Family Representative Council. The Family Representative Council served to represent the “descendant community” and made final recommendations in December 2018 on behalf of those individuals whose remains were discovered to support appropriate research, interment and memorialization. Three implementation steering committees, research, memorialization and interment, are being formed and members of the university community are invited to submit nominations (self or others) for service on one of the three implementation steering committees. Spring Break Climbing Trip to Red Rocks

VCU Recreational Sports Outdoor Adventure Program will host a climbing trip to the Red Rocks in the western United States. The trip, for beginners and those with experience, will be March 2-10. Spring Break Road Trip in Northern Patagonia

VCU Recreational Sports Outdoor Adventure will host a northern Patagonia road trip during spring break. Participants will travel down the Carretera Austral, the highway of national parks in Chilean Patagonia. Activities during the March 2-10 trip include camping, hiking, interacting with residents and service projects. Submission Deadline Extended for Brain Injury Rehabilitation Conference

The deadline for poster and oral presentation submissions for the 43rd Annual Brain Injury Rehabilitation Conference has been extended to Feb. 15. The conference is co-produced by the VCU School of Medicine's Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department and the Brain Injury Association of Virginia.
