Critical Language Scholarship Information Sessions

Rorey Hughes of the National Scholarship Office will offer an information session in Room 1303, Honors College, 701 W. Biden Cancer Community Summit

Henrietta Lacks Legacy Week

The Virginia Department of Health, in partnership with VCU, hosts a panel discussion as part of Henrietta Lacks Legacy Week (through Sept. 29) titled, “Building upon her legacy: An evening panel about Henrietta Lacks and the Henrietta Lacks Commission,” moderated by Marsha Rappley, M.D., at the Library of Virginia, 800 E. Broad St. Lacks was an African-American woman whose cancer cells are the source of the HeLa cell line, the first immortalized cell line and one of the most important cell lines in medical research.

Study Abroad Fall Fair
