The Discovery program at VCU's Mary and Frances Youth Center is accepting class proposals through Feb. 6 for its summer session. Discovery offers week-long career exploration classes at the center, 120 S. Linden St., focused on STEM, arts and health sciences for middle school students from July 29-Aug. 16. Faculty, staff and students are invited to apply and become instructors. Discovery also has internship opportunities available.

Grade sheets for Fall 2018 are available on faculty eServices. Grades are due by noon on Dec. 20. At that time grading will be turned off. Faculty may only access grade sheets for courses to which they have been assigned in the class schedule. Students who live in VCU residence halls are eligible to participate in the VCU Hall Cup. The Hall Cup will take place throughout the school year. Teams may register at any point leading up to the season in which their team plays. Points will be based on participation, sportsmanship, standings at the end of the season and all-league championships won.
