Campus Connector Becomes Express Route Jan. 2
Beginning Jan. 2, VCU's Campus Connector shifted to an express route. It serves only James Branch Cabell Library, One Capitol Square, Eighth and Main streets, Sanger Hall and J. Sargeant Reynolds RamRide stops. RamRide shuttles to the remote parking facilities (A, I, M, R lots) on the MCV Campus will continue to serve these locations.

Virginia Commonwealth University Is a JED Campus
VCU has joined the JED Campus program in support of student well-being and mental health. The program, an initiative of The Jed Foundation, is designed to identify opportunities to enhance emotional health and substance abuse and suicide prevention efforts on campus in order to ensure that schools have the strongest possible mental health safety nets.

Updating Google Contacts
New Google Contacts will automatically become the default version on Jan. 15. This new Google Contacts version has been available to all users since Aug. 20, 2018. Users will still be able to revert to old Contacts until Feb. 12, when the new Google Contacts become permanent.

Free Bus Ride to March for Life in Washington

Limited Submission Opportunity for National Cancer Institute K99/R00 Award
VCU's Massey Cancer Center is accepting internal applications for the Early K99/R00 award. The award is designed to suit the career paths of postdoctoral fellows pursuing careers in data science and cancer control science, who typically require only a short period of mentored research training beyond their doctoral degrees before obtaining independent faculty positions. Mindful Mondays at The Well
Twenty-minute mindfulness sessions will be held at noon on Mondays at the Wellness Resource Center, 815 S. Cathedral Place. Space is limited, but all are welcome. A different mindfulness strategy is practiced each week to help manage stress.

Are you a woman ages 18 to 25? Would you like to participate in a research study aimed to improve your relationship with food and accept your body? Involvement includes participation in an eight-week intuitive eating program of 1.5 hours/week. Participants are asked to complete one-hour online surveys at three time points.
