VCU's WVCW Radio and Emanata Comics Anthology will commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Beatles last concert. The event will be held on the third floor of James Branch Cabell Library, 901 Park Ave. WVCW will play Beatles music and Emanata will create a Yellow Submarine-style mural drawing on the windows of the library.

'Escalation' Workshop on Dating Violence

First Friday at the ICA

VCU's Rams in Recovery presents a hands-on training session, “Revive! Reversing an Opioid Overdose With Naloxone.” The event will be in the Alumni Association Board Room, University Student Commons, 907 Floyd Ave. Naloxone has no potential for abuse and will be distributed at no cost to each attendee at the end of the program by the Virginia Department of Health.

Experiencing computer issues? There’s no need to go off-campus for repairs. FixIT, VCU’s on-campus computer repair resource, is at 930 W. Grace St. inside RamTech. FixIT can assess and repair Apple and Dell computers, no matter where they were purchased, and is authorized for in-warranty repairs. FixIT is open 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 9 a.m-5 p.m. Friday.

Mindful Mondays at The Well
Twenty-minute mindfulness sessions will be held at noon on Mondays at the Wellness Resource Center, 815 S. Cathedral Place. Space is limited, but all are welcome. A different mindfulness strategy is practiced each week to help manage stress.

Virtual Immersive Gaming to Optimize Recovery in Low Back Pain
Are you currently experiencing low back pain, between the ages of 18-60 years old and interested in the possibility of nine weeks of nonsurgical experimental treatment? If you answered yes to all three you may qualify for our research. What? New, innovative and fun virtual reality games are designed to help people with chronic back pain move and feel better. Where? All appointments, testing and treatments are conducted at VCU. When? Participation in the study involves 24 one-hour appointments scheduled over a 57-week period. Who?
