CLARION Case Competition Team Formation

VCU's Interprofessional Education and Inter Health Professionals Alliance will host the CLARION Competition Case Handout. The event will be held at the Putney House Boardroom, 1010 E. Marshall St. Darci Bowles, Ph.D., will review a health-care case with root cause analysis interpretation. The meeting is also the finalization of teams for the VCU and national competition. VCU Rec Sports To Host Dutch Oven Dinner
Saturday, Feb. 2, 2019 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
VCU Recreational Sports Outdoor Adventure Program will host a Dutch Oven Delights Dinner at the Rice Rivers Center. Learn how different meals can be prepared using a dutch oven. The center is located at 3701 John Tyler Memorial Highway, Charles City. Registration ends Jan. 29.

Physical Activity and Nutrition Study for Black Breast Cancer Survivors
Black women who are breast cancer survivors and overweight or obese are invited to participate in a research study. The project requires participation in 16, one-hour workout sessions and laboratory visits. Compensation is provided. The study will be conducted at VCU's Run Lab, 500 Academic Centre, 1020 W. Grace St. The principal investigator is Vanessa B. Sheppard, Ph.D., Department of Health Behavior and Policy.
