Public Comment Sought on 2020 Tuition, Budget Proposal
The VCU Board of Visitors invites written public comment on the proposed fiscal year 2020 university budget plan that includes tuition and fees. The board is considering the administration's recommendation of no tuition increase. Review the proposal and/or leave written comments at https://president.vcu.edu/board/open-comment-portal/. The Open Comment Portal will close at 5 p.m. on April 26 to ensure adequate time for consideration by the board ahead of its May 10 vote.

VCU's Intercultural Festival Planning Board presents keynote speaker Kobi Skolnick, who will discuss social change, peace-building, cultural empathy and conflict resolution. Lunch will begin at 11:30 a.m. and the program will begin at noon in the Commonwealth Ballrooms, University Student Commons, 907 Floyd Ave. Skolnick will also lead a training session on cultural competency at the same location on the same day from 2-5 p.m.

'Money Mondays: Student Loan Repayment Options'
12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
TRIO Student Support Services and The Money Spot at VCU present "Money Mondays: Student Loan Repayment Options." The event will be held in the SGA Senate Room, University Student Commons, 907 Floyd Ave. The same session will also be offered at 4:30 p.m. April 22 in the Alumni Boardroom, University Student Commons. A representative from the Virginia Credit Union will answer questions about the options available for repaying student loans.

Mindfulness in the Park - Allowing Tension to Float Away
