Joe Ring, senior research DNA analyst in the Emerging Technologies Section at the Armed Forces DNA Identification Laboratory, will discuss "The Role of DNA in the Identification of Missing U.S. Service Members." 'Worst Case Scenario: Being Ready for Disaster'
Friday, Mar. 22, 2019 from noon to 1 p.m.
VCU's Center for Interprofessional Education and Collaborative Care will host a lecture about preparing for a disaster. “Worst Case Scenario: Being Ready for Disaster” will be in Room 200, McGuire Hall, 1112 E. Clay St. Learn how governmental agencies plan for disasters, how health-care practitioners can participate in disaster preparedness and how collaboration and coordination is essential for effective disaster response. Speakers will be James Keck, Associate Professor Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness; and Chris Hogan, Associate Professor Emergency Medicine. Midterm Grades Available for 100/200 Level Courses
Students are encouraged to go to eServices to learn if their professors have submitted spring midterm grades. Log on to Student eServices at the following URL. If you have received a midterm grade indicating unsatisfactory academic progress, see your instructor or academic advisor. The last day to withdraw from classes is March 22.

Campus Connector/RamSafe Service During Spring Break
VCU's Campus Connector will operate on a reduced schedule during spring break. From March 4-8, the Campus Connector will operate from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. On March 9, there will be no Connector service. Normal service will resume March 10. RamSafe will respond to cross-campus requests from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. while the Campus Connector is not in service.
