Special TelegRam: Register To Speak at the BOV's Budget Session

The VCU Board of Visitors meets Thursday, March 21, at 12:30 p.m. in Room 303, James Branch Cabell Library, 901 Park Ave., for its annual budget workshop on the proposed 2019-2020 tuition and fees. An hour is reserved for public comments. The time limit per speaker is three minutes. Priority will be given to speakers who register on or before Wednesday, March 20, at noon by sending the following information to bov@vcu.edu: name, email or phone number, VCU affiliation and any request for reasonable accommodation. Please note in the subject line that you are registering to speak at the public comment. You may also call Michele Schumacher, board liaison, at (804) 828-0458 to register. An in-person sign-up will be available at the meeting if time remains after speakers who registered in advance finish their remarks. If you are unable to attend the meeting on March 21, you can provide written comments online after the meeting at https://president.vcu.edu/board/open-comment-portal/.
