VCU Recreational Sports Outdoor Adventure Program is hosting an international trip to Iceland July 20-28. The trip will include an introduction to local culture and backpacking with views of volcanic mountains, glaciers and waterfalls. VCU's Department of Kinesiology and Health Sciences seeks nonsmoking men and women between the ages of 18 and 30 for a study exploring how exercise alters the body’s response to a high-fat meal. The study will consist of three laboratory visits conducted at the Exercise Physiology Research Laboratory on the Monroe Park Campus.
