Mindfulness meditation is a practice to bring attention and awareness into the present moment. This summer, the 30-minute guided meditation led by BareSOUL Yoga moves into the top-floor gallery of the Institute for Contemporary Art at the Markel Center, 601 W. Broad St.

LemonAid 2019

The VCU Police Department’s property and community service teams will be selling lemonade in front of VCUPD headquarters, 224 E. Broad St. Any donation will be accepted to support Anthem LemonAid, a fundraiser for the Children’s Hospital of Richmond.

Tidal Exploration: Sea Kayak Weekend
