Upcoming High School Graduation Impacts

VCU Police and VCU Parking and Transportation remind the VCU community that upcoming high school graduations will create interruptions to parking from June 5-7 and June 11-15. Additionally, traffic within the area surrounding the Siegel Center is expected to be heavier than normal. West Broad Street Deck subscribers will relocate to alternate facilities and a dedicated shuttle service will be provided. Reciprocal parking will be disabled at West Broad Street Deck from June 5-7 and June 11-15.

Google Renaming 'Team Drives' to 'Shared Drives'

Google has announced that the “Team Drives” feature of Google Drive will be renamed to “Shared Drives.” This will impact Drive on web, mobile and Drive File Stream. This is a rolling change beginning on mobile devices.

VCU Libraries' Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery System To Have Brief Outage June 4

VCU Libraries’ online interlibrary loan system, known as “ILLiad,” will be upgraded June 4 and will be briefly unavailable to users. The system will be down starting at 9 a.m. It is estimated it will take two hours for the upgrade. During this time, users will not have access to their ILLiad accounts to submit new requests or to review current ones.

Virtual Immersive Gaming to Optimize Recovery in Low Back Pain

Are you currently experiencing low back pain, between the ages of 18-60 years old and interested in the possibility of nine weeks of nonsurgical experimental treatment? If you answered yes to all three you may qualify for our research. What? New, innovative and fun virtual reality games are designed to help people with chronic back pain move and feel better. Where? All appointments, testing and treatments are conducted at VCU. When? Participation in the study involves 24 one-hour appointments scheduled over a 57-week period. Who?
