The State Council of Higher Education for Virginia has issued its call for nominations for the 2020 Virginia Outstanding Faculty Awards. Cabell Library RamRide Stop To Be Temporarily Relocated

From 9 a.m.-6:30 p.m. on June 11 and 12 and 4-6:30 p.m. on June 14, the Cabell Library RamRide stop will be temporarily relocated to Main and Laurel streets. Signage will be posted in the area to indicate the temporary stop location.

Nominations are being accepted for VCU's School of Medicine Teaching Excellence Awards. Recipients will be selected for four awards: The Enrique Gerszten M.D. Faculty Teaching Excellence Award, Irby James Award for Excellence in Clinical Teaching, Distinguished Mentor Award and the Educational Innovation/Educational Research Award. This study is examining tobacco use and secondhand smoke exposure among Latinx and African American/black college students between the ages of 18 and 20 with asthma. The study includes completing a packet of questionnaires, which should take about 60 minutes and can be completed online. You can receive a $25 gift card for participating.
