We are seeking individuals between the ages of 18 and 35 years to participate in a study examining the effect of physical activity on sleep quality. Individuals must be willing to significantly increase their physical activity level (5,000-plus steps per day) for two weeks. This study will be conducted at 500 Academic Centre, 1020 W. Grace St.

Kofoworola Williams, a fourth-year Social and Behavioral Sciences Ph.D. candidate, is seeking participants for a focus group. The purpose is to understand the factors that impact the mental health of black men and where they would go for support. Those who take part must be undergraduate black/African American males between the ages of 18 and 25. Participation will require a 60- to 90-minute focus group discussion in a private room on campus. Participants will be compensated $30.
