Volunteers are needed for the Pace Center's third annual Multicultural Thanksgiving meal. This meal, prepared by VCU students, is a way to introduce other students to your cultural heritage. Participate by preparing a cultural dish for 10 to 15 people. (Pace will provide money for ingredients.) At the meal, at 6-9 p.m. Nov. 20 at the Pace Center, 700 W. Summer Study Abroad Program: Midwifery and Health in Guatemala

VCU's Institute for Women’s Health and Highland Support Project will host a week in partnership with indigenous midwives and community leaders in Guatemala. Participants will learn about traditional Maya medicine and midwifery practices in the region. The trip will be May 16-23, 2020. The cost is $985 plus airfare. March 1 is the application deadline. Students Can Save Money on Adobe Creative Cloud

If you are paying $240 or $360 a year for an Adobe Creative Cloud license, you may cancel the subscription without paying a cancellation fee. Under the VCU enterprise license agreement, the suite of applications has been heavily discounted and is available to students for $60 per year or $30 for six months. Contact the IT Support Center at the following telephone number for instructions to terminate your contract and purchase a new, discounted license.
