Pop-Up Naloxone Training
12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Rams In Recovery will host a pop-up naloxone training session in the lobby of the University Student Commons, 907 Floyd Ave. Naloxone is a lifesaving drug that can be given to an individual who has overdosed on opiates. The free training takes five minutes. Free naloxone will be provided.

Five Senses Meditation With The Well
2:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
The Health Promotion and Well-Being Center will host a 20-minute guided meditation focusing on connecting to the five senses. The event will be in the Resilience Lab, 815 S. Cathedral Place. The meditation is suitable for all levels of practice.

Wilderness First Aid Registration and Wilderness First Responder Refresher
Wilderness First Aid is a 16-hour course covering emergency medical care in remote or disaster settings. This certification is good for two years. The Wilderness First Responder Refresher is a intensive two-day course serves as a refresher on standard wilderness first responder curriculum. Virtual Reality to Treat Your Back Pain
Are you currently experiencing low back pain, between the ages of 18 and 60 years old and interested in the possibility of nine weeks of nonsurgical experimental treatment? If you answered yes to all three you may qualify for our research. Visit the following URL. What? New, innovative, and fun Virtual Reality games designed to help people with chronic back pain move and feel better. Where? All appointments, testing and treatments are conducted at VCU. When? Participation in the study involves 24 one-hour appointments scheduled over a 57-week period. Who?
