Tompkins-McCaw Library To Be Closed Nov. 23

Tompkins-McCaw Library for the Health Sciences will be closed Nov. 23 due to facilities work in the area that will leave the library without heat or hot water for the day. The library, at 509 N. 12th St., will reopen Nov. 24 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. for its Thanksgiving Week schedule.

Dissertation Study for Romantic Couples

This two-hour dissertation study explores how the brain works with people who are in romantic relationships. This study is conducted through VCU Department of Psychology. Virtual Immersive Gaming to Optimize Recovery in Low Back Pain

Are you currently experiencing low back pain, between the ages of 18-60 years old and interested in the possibility of nine weeks of nonsurgical experimental treatment? If you answered yes to all three you may qualify for our research. What? New, innovative and fun virtual reality games are designed to help people with chronic back pain move and feel better. Where? All appointments, testing and treatments are conducted at VCU. When? Participation in the study involves 24 one-hour appointments scheduled over a 57-week period. Who?
